Do you sell gift cards?
YES. Hallmark gift cards may be purchased in any amount and they make great gifts! They come in a variety of designs for different occasions and are located at the check-out counter.
What credit/debit cards do you accept?
Judy's Hallmark is happy to accept credit or debit cards for:
- American Express
- Discover
- Mastercard
- Visa
Do you accept personal checks?
YES. Personal checks are accepted. Please be prepared to show your driver's license and provide a current phone number.
What is your return policy?
We will make every reasonable effort to honor your request for return or exchange of an item. Our policy requires that:
- Returns be accompanied by a receipt
- Exception: In the event that a return is authorized without a receipt, the refund will be at the last (lowest) sale price
- If your purchase was paid for by check, there may be a waiting period until the check clears before a cash refund can be made
- Customers may be required to complete a refund form, providing name, address, phone number and signature
Do you have a layaway plan?
YES. Customers may initiate a layaway purchase by putting 25% down and paying the remaining amount in payments over a 60 day period.
Can I get a gift receipt for an individual item purchased?
ABSOLUTELY. We are happy to provide you with a gift receipt upon request. Simply let the Sales Associate know at the time you are paying for your purchase those items for which you would like a gift receipt.
If you don't have an item available at one of your stores can you transfer it from another Judy's Hallmark store?
GLADLY. If you don't see what you are looking for, please don't hesitate to ask a Sales Associate. We are happy to call our other Judy's Hallmark stores to see if they have it in stock. Transferring the item to our store usually takes 1-2 days and we will call you as soon as the item has arrived so that you may pick it up at your earliest convenience. You may pay for it in advance or wait until you come to pick it up. (FYI: If you need the item sooner and prefer to go to the store where the item is in stock, we can have them hold it for you to pick up.)
What is the difference in how I can use a Crown Rewards certificate vs. a Sales Coupon?
Crown Rewards certificates are issued as a way to say "Thank You" for choosing to shop Hallmark. These certificates may be used to purchase any regularly priced Hallmark products. Please make certain your purchase (before tax) equals or exceeds the amount of the certificate to avoid losing any of its value, as change may not be given. You may use more than one reward certificate at a time, but we are unable to combine them with any other type of special offer or discount.
Sales Coupons vary and may be issued by either Hallmark, Inc, or Judy's Hallmark. Most coupons entitle you to a percentage discount on either an item or your entire purchase. Most coupons are not good towards merchandise that is already on sale and may not be combined with any other special offer or discount.
Some sales coupons are issued only to customers with a Gold Crown membership and other coupons are made available via local advertising and/or to customers on the email list maintained by Judy's Hallmark.
